'Mother Knot' Celtic Tattoo

Today a mother who has been recently declared cancer-free after extensive medical treatment came in to get a tattoo that celebrates her ability to continue to care for and love her children.  She asked to incorporate the thyroid cancer colors which are teal, purple, and pink, making this tattoo a symbolic mark of a survivor.

Using a traditional symbol for the Goddess as the centerpiece, this balanced Celtic tattoo design represents the family within the loving hands of the mother, who surrounds and keeps safe those she loves.

Clan Ross Crest Badge Tattoo

Today a returning client came to get an ethnic tattoo, the badge for the Scottish Clan Ross. Their motto, inscribed here in Latin, translates to "Success Nourishes Hope." Like a family crest, but worn by all members of a Clan, badges are a connection to the proud and noble heritage of the Scots.

Celtic Security Shield Spiral Tattoo

Today one of our nation's protectors who works in international security came to begin extensive coverage with a shoulder-wrapping custom knotwork. Military men love the look of body armor, and we have big plans for extensive custom upper body tattoos that will transform his surface into a skin shield.

Celtic 'Duleek Knot' Tattoo

When I moved my studio several years ago I promised this fellow a tattoo for helping me. Ever since then he did a dance of uncertainty, just couldn't make up his mind what he wanted to get. Finally, the debt is cleared, he now proudly wears the Duleek knot and it is just right.
