The Explosive Ordnance Disposal Badge is the only occupational badge awarded in all four services under the United States Department of Defense. By special commission, this Celtic version incorporates Celtic knotwork as the wreaths of victory and outline of the central element, and surrounding the second star denoting the Master rank. This version for a K9 EOD officer has Celtic dogs as the terminal ends of the wreaths.
