The circular center is the design found on the cover of the Chalice well in the heart of the amazing site of religious pilgrimage in Glastonbury, England. The tower known as Glastonbury Tor rises high above the surrounding landscape, and at its foot is the Chalice Well, where some believe the holy Grail was placed by Joseph of Aramathea. Centuries of believers have journeyed to see the well, and drink from the waters there. The sword represents life, piercing the cosmos in the moment of becoming.
