Celtic Triple Heart 'Love Triangle' Tattoo

Today a happily married woman requested this custom design to fill her upper back: three Celtic hearts and triquetras all woven together. They represent her husband, her son, and herself. A bold tattoo for a lively gal who will wear it well.

Celtic DragonFly Tattoo

Today saw the color completion of a knotwork dragonfly tattoo on a very sensitive spot..... This woman had to invest in fancy bras once she decided to be tattooed just below her breasts! A body-enhancing shape and a unique concept.

Celtic Triquetra Coverup 1/4 Sleeve Tattoo

Today marked the completion of this cover-up that took several sessions. The round Celtic knot he had for 20 years was poorly done, so I designed a much bigger quarter sleeve to cover the old and also expand to a band connecting under the arm. The blue was necessary to cover the dark knot, and I wove the blue lines in and out of shaded ones to lighten the overall effect.

Bread Fork Tattoo

Today a local purveyor of fine quality breads came in for his business logo tattooed as a permanent brand on his arm. The Victorian bread fork, used as a serving utensil for sliced bread or rolls, is a compelling and mysterious image. His bakery cafe is located in a rural cow town, so now he is embracing the cowboy tradition of a brand tattoo!
